The Gnostic Doctrine of Free Will

This whole issue of “Free Will” is a Gnostic Heresy that goes back to the Garden of Eden.

Let me try to explain what is wrong with this.

Free Will is a Heresy that Satan brought to Adam and Eve. God created Adam & Eve with the ability to choose to obey His Will or not. When the Serpent brought the LIE of Free Will outside God’s Will he was LYING to them.
When they disobeyed God’s Will they Died and became “Human” and inherited the wicked/twisted/mutated Nature of the Serpent who deceived them. At that point they lost their ability to obey God and became Slaves to Sin. All the sons of Adam inherited this Slavery to Sin.

In this state of Slavery to Sin you can fight against your “Human” Nature in order to try to obey God’s Will but the Flesh still fights against you (Matthew 26:41) and when you Sin it works Death in you because you are contrary to God’s Laws of Creation. What’s more “good” works don’t profit you because you are just a Servant.

This is what Paul was talking about in Romans 7:5, 14-25.
This is what Jesus was talking about in John 8:34-36.

Free Will is an imaginary state that requires that you are not bound by anything, which is never the case.
In this state you will choose to obey your father’s will and your choice shows who your father is. A tree is known by it’s fruit (Matthew 12:33).

Jesus said that those who did not hear and obey Him were of their father the Devil (John 8:44).

Free Will is/was the aim of Lucifer.
(Isaiah 14:12-14 KJV)
“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I WILL ascend into heaven, I WILL exalt my throne above the stars of God: I WILL sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I WILL ascend above the heights of the clouds; I WILL be like the most High.”

“DO WHAT THOU WILT shall be the whole of the Law. There is no law beyond Do what thou wilt.” -Aleister Crowley

Note Jesus’s prayer to His Father in contrast.
(Luke 22:42 KJV)
“Saying, Father, IF THOU BE WILLING, remove this cup from me: nevertheless NOT MY WILL, BUT THINE, BE DONE.”

Note also what He said about His own will.
(John 5:30 KJV)
“I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I SEEK NOT MINE OWN WILL, BUT THE WILL OF THE FATHER which hath sent me.”

Jesus is our example in how we (as the Bride of Christ) are to submit to the Will of our Father in Heaven.

(Matthew 7:21 KJV)
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in heaven.”

If you believe in Free Will you will also believe that you have to strive for doing the will of God and you will not trust that it is God’s job to protect you from the Enemies traps and keep you from Sin.

(1 John 5:18 KJV)
“We know that WHOSOEVER IS BORN OF GOD(Born Again) SINNETH NOT; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and THE WICKED ONE TOUCHETH HIM NOT.”

Jesus is the BRIDEGROOM.
He signed His Marriage Vow to His Bride in blood on the cross. That Marriage Vow provided Her with the only way to come out of Slavery to Sin.
But believing in Him and Trusting in what He has done is not enough. Imagine if you will that this Marriage Vow has been left on the altar for her and she can come and say, “I do” at any time.

Know that she can’t receive the benefits of being His Bride until she forsakes the Slavery that she is in.

(Psalms 45:10-11 KJV)
“Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; FORGET ALSO THINE OWN PEOPLE, AND THY FATHER’S HOUSE; So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.”

She must Repent/Turn from Slavery to Sin, Believing that what He has done is sufficient to Set her Free from Sin and then she has to be Baptized.

She has to wash away her Sin and put on His Righteousness. She puts off her Old Nature and puts on His.

As Jesus said, “You must be Born Again.” or you can’t “see” or “enter” the Kingdom of God. (John 3)

When you get Baptized to Jesus Christ for the Remission of your Sins you must understand that that “Human” Nature is supposed to be Buried with Christ in the water. That was what Jesus meant when He said that you must be Born Again of water & Spirit.

So the Bride is required to DIE to her former master/father. Her Old Nature DIES and is Born Again with Christ Jesus in Baptism.

The Bible gives us 3 sources of Sin.
1. The Devil (John 8:44)
2. The Flesh/Fallen Nature of Adam, (Romans 7:5, 1 Corinthians 15:22)
3. The heart corrupted by Sin, (Mark 7:21-23).

Ezekiel 36:26 tells us that in the beginning of the New Covenant God takes out the old spirit and the old heart and He puts in a new spirit and a new heart.

(Ezekiel 36:26-27 KJV)
“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put MY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU, and CAUSE YOU TO WALK IN MY STATUTES, AND YE SHALL KEEP MY JUDGMENTS, AND DO THEM.”

In this equation all 3 sources of Sin are DESTROYED.
(Hebrews 2:14-15 KJV)
“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might DESTROY HIM that had the power of death, that is, THE DEVIL; And DELIVERED THEM WHO THROUGH FEAR OF DEATH WERE ALL THEIR LIFETIME SUBJECT TO BONDAGE.”
(1 John 3:8 KJV)
“He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose THE SON OF GOD WAS MANIFESTED, THAT HE MIGHT DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL.”
(Romans 6:6 KJV)
“Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that THE BODY OF SIN MIGHT BE DESTROYED, THAT HENCEFORTH WE SHOULD NOT SERVE SIN.”

This was the goal of God all along. Not to give us Free Will but for us to choose to enter into a Covenant relationship with Him Forever where we give up our own Will and He as our Husband would make us perfect and keep us perfect from the inside.

(Isaiah 54:5 KJV)
“For thy Maker is thine HUSBAND; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.”

(1 Corinthians 6:15-17 KJV)
“Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh. But HE THAT IS JOINED UNTO THE LORD IS ONE SPIRIT.”

You have to understand that when you SURRENDER your own WILL in marriage by Baptism to Jesus, you will DIE … And be Born Again in Him.
That means that His spirit/will and your spirit/will is JOINED.

(1 Corinthians 6:19 KJV)
“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and YE ARE NOT YOUR OWN?”

(1 John 3:9 KJV)
“Whosoever is born of God(Born Again) doth not commit sin; for his(God’s) seed(sperma=the Holy Spirit) remaineth in him: and HE CANNOT SIN, because he is born of God(Born Again).”

In fact if you are in Him you can’t do anything anymore without Him.

(John 15:5-6 KJV)
“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for WITHOUT ME YE CAN DO NOTHING. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.”
