The White Rose: A Lesson in Dissent

The date was February 22, 1943. Hans Scholl and his sister Sophie, along with their best friend, Christoph Probst, were scheduled to be executed by Nazi officials that afternoon. The prison guards were so impressed with the calm and bravery of the prisoners in the face of impending death that they violated regulations by permitting them to meet together one last time. Hans, a medical student at the University of Munich, was 24. Sophie, a student, was 21. Christoph, a medical student, was 22.
This is the story of The White Rose. It is a lesson in dissent. It is a tale of courage–of principle–of honor. It is detailed in three books: The White Rose (1970) by Inge Scholl, A Noble Treason (1979) by Richard Hanser, and An Honourable Defeat (1994) by Anton Gill.
Hans and Sophie Scholl were German teenagers in the 1930s. Like other young Germans, they enthusiastically joined the Hitler Youth. They believed that Adolf Hitler was leading Germany and the German people back to greatness.
Their parents were not so enthusiastic. Their father–Robert Scholl–told his children that Hitler and the Nazis were leading Germany down a road of destruction. Later–in 1942–he would serve time in a Nazi prison for telling his secretary: “The war! It is already lost. This Hitler is God’s scourge on mankind, and if the war doesn’t end soon the Russians will be sitting in Berlin.”
Gradually, Hans and Sophie began realizing that their father was right. They concluded that, in the name of freedom and the greater good of the German nation, Hitler and the Nazis were enslaving and destroying the German people.
They also knew that open dissent was impossible in Nazi Germany, especially after the start of World War II. Most Germans took the traditional position-that once war breaks out, it is the duty of the citizen to support the troops by supporting the government.
But Hans and Sophie Scholl believed differently. They believed that it was the duty of a citizen, even in times of war, to stand up against an evil regime, especially when it is sending hundreds of thousands of its citizens to their deaths.
The Scholl siblings began sharing their feelings with a few of their friends–Christoph Probst, Alexander Schmorell, Willi Graf–as well as with Kurt Huber, their psychology and philosophy professor.
One day in 1942, copies of a leaflet entitled “The White Rose” suddenly appeared at the University of Munich. The leaflet contained an anonymous essay that said that the Nazi system had slowly imprisoned the German people and was now destroying them. The Nazi regime had turned evil. It was time, the essay said, for Germans to rise up and resist the tyranny of their own government. At the bottom of the essay, the following request appeared: “Please make as many copies of this leaflet as you can and distribute them.”
The leaflet caused a tremendous stir among the student body. It was the first time that internal dissent against the Nazi regime had surfaced in Germany. The essay had been secretly written and distributed by Hans Scholl and his friends.
Another leaflet appeared soon afterward. And then another. And another. Ultimately, there were six leaflets published and distributed by Hans and Sophie Scholl and their friends–four under the title “The White Rose” and two under the title “Leaflets of the Resistance.” Their publication took place periodically between 1942 and 1943–interrupted for a few months when Hans and his friends were temporarily sent to the Eastern Front to fight against the Russians.
The members of The White Rose, of course, had to act cautiously. The Nazi regime maintained an iron grip over German society. Internal dissent was quickly and efficiently smashed by the Gestapo. Hans and Sophie Scholl and their friends knew what would happen to them if they were caught.
People began receiving copies of the leaflets in the mail. Students at the University of Hamburg began copying and distributing them. Copies began turning up in different parts of Germany and Austria.
Moreover, as Hanser points out, the members of The White Rose did not limit themselves to leaflets. Graffiti began appearing in large letters on streets and buildings all over Munich: “Down with Hitler! . . . Hitler the Mass Murderer!” and “Freiheit! . . . Freiheit! . . . Freedom! . . . Freedom!”
The Gestapo was driven into a frenzy. It knew that the authors were having to procure large quantities of paper, envelopes, and postage. It knew that they were using a duplicating machine. But despite the Gestapo’s best efforts, it was unable to catch the perpetrators.
One day–February 18, 1943–Hans’ and Sophie’s luck ran out. They were caught leaving pamphlets at the University of Munich and were arrested. A search disclosed evidence of Christoph Probst’s participation, and he too was soon arrested. The three of them were indicted for treason.
On February 22–four days after their arrest–their trial began. The presiding judge, Roland Freisler, chief justice of the People’s Court of the Greater German Reich, had been sent from Berlin. Hanser writes:
“He conducted the trial as if the future of the Reich were indeed at stake. He roared denunciations of the accused as if he were not the judge but the prosecutor. He behaved alternately like an actor ranting through an overwritten role in an implausible melodrama and a Grand Inquisitor calling down eternal damnation on the heads of the three irredeemable heretics before him…. No witnesses were called, since the defendants had admitted everything. The proceedings consisted almost entirely of Roland Freisler’s denunciation and abuse, punctuated from time to time by half-hearted offerings from the court-appointed defense attorneys, one of whom summed up his case with the observation, “I can only say fiat justitia . Let justice be done.” By which he meant: Let the accused get what they deserve.
Freisler and the other accusers could not understand what had happened to these German youths. After all, they all came from nice German families. They all had attended German schools. They had been members of the Hitler Youth. How could they have turned out to be traitors? What had so twisted and warped their minds?
Sophie Scholl shocked everyone in the courtroom when she remarked to Freisler: “Somebody, after all, had to make a start. What we wrote and said is also believed by many others. They just don’t dare to express themselves as we did.” Later in the proceedings, she said to him: “You know the war is lost. Why don’t you have the courage to face it?”
In the middle of the trial, Robert and Magdalene Scholl tried to enter the courtroom. Magdalene said to the guard: “But I’m the mother of two of the accused.” The guard responded: “You should have brought them up better.” Robert Scholl forced his way into the courtroom and told the court that he was there to defend his children. He was seized and forcibly escorted outside. The entire courtroom heard him shout: “One day there will be another kind of justice! One day they will go down in history!”
Robert Freisler pronounced his judgment on the three defendants: Guilty of treason. Their sentence: Death.
They were escorted back to Stadelheim prison, where the guards permitted Hans and Sophie to have one last visit with their parents. Hans met with them first, and then Sophie. Hansen writes:
“His eyes were clear and steady and he showed no sign of dejection or despair. He thanked his parents again for the love and warmth they had given him and he asked them to convey his affection and regard to a number of friends, whom he named. Here, for a moment, tears threatened, and he turned away to spare his parents the pain of seeing them. Facing them again, his shoulders were back and he smiled. . . .
“Then a woman prison guard brought in Sophie. . . . Her mother tentatively offered her some candy, which Hans had declined. “Gladly,” said Sophie, taking it. “After all, I haven’t had any lunch!” She, too, looked somehow smaller, as if drawn together, but her face was clear and her smile was fresh and unforced, with something in it that her parents read as triumph. “Sophie, Sophie,” her mother murmured, as if to herself. “To think you’ll never be coming through the door again!” Sophie’s smile was gentle. “Ah, Mother,” she said. “Those few little years. . . .” Sophie Scholl looked at her parents and was strong in her pride and certainty. “We took everything upon ourselves,” she said. “What we did will cause waves.” Her mother spoke again: “Sophie,” she said softly, “Remember Jesus.” “Yes,” replied Sophie earnestly, almost commandingly, “but you, too.” She left them, her parents, Robert and Magdalene Scholl, with her face still lit by the smile they loved so well and would never see again. She was perfectly composed as she was led away. Robert Mohr [a Gestapo official], who had come out to the prison on business of his own, saw her in her cell immediately afterwards, and she was crying. It was the first time Robert Mohr had seen her in tears, and she apologized. “I have just said good-bye to my parents,” she said. “You understand . . .” She had not cried before her parents. For them she had smiled.”
No relatives visited Christoph Probst. His wife, who had just had their third child, was in the hospital. Neither she nor any members of his family even knew that he was on trial or that he had been sentenced to death. While his faith in God had always been deep and unwavering, he had never committed to a certain faith. On the eve of his death, a Catholic priest admitted him into the church in articulo mortis –at the point of death. “Now,” he said, “my death will be easy and joyful.”
That afternoon, the prison guards permitted Hans, Sophie, and Christoph to have one last visit together. Sophie was then led to the guillotine. One observer described her as she walked to her death: “Without turning a hair, without flinching.” Christoph Probst was next. Hans Scholl was last; just before he was beheaded, Hans cried out:
“Long live freedom!”
Unfortunately, they were not the last to die. The Gestapo’s investigation was relentless. Later tried and executed were Alex Schmorell (age 25), Willi Graf (age 25), and Kurt Huber (age 49). Students at the University of Hamburg were either executed or sent to concentration camps.
Today, every German knows the story of The White Rose. A square at the University of Munich is named after Hans and Sophie Scholl. And there are streets, squares, and schools all over Germany named for the members of The White Rose. The German movie The White Rose is now found in video stores in Germany and the United States.
Richard Hansen sums up the story of The White Rose:
“In the vogue words of the time, the Scholls and their friends represented the “other” Germany, the land of poets and thinkers, in contrast to the Germany that was reverting to barbarism and trying to take the world with it. What they were and what they did would have been “other” in any society at any time. What they did transcended the easy division of good-German/bad-German and lifted them above the nationalism of time–bound events. Their actions made them enduring symbols of the struggle, universal and timeless, for the freedom of the human spirit wherever and whenever it is threatened. ”

There is only one law on the books in America that requires the death penalty to be exacted. It’s in the Coinage Act of 1792 which prescribes the death penalty for debasing the currency, which counterfeiting is considered as that act.
I expect the death penalty to be enacted against the bankers and those who participate in their counterfeit money system just like the French Revolution and just like the Holocaust.
Historically the Catholic Church burnt the Knight Templars at the stake because they could not pay their debts to them.
Neither group was good, but it is what happened.

Is “The Giant” the Image of the Beast?

If I was on the jury, I would Equit Officer Rolfe saying that this is a case of Resisting Arrest, taking a police weapon, fleeing with said weapon and firing it at the other officer. The result was a Justifiable Homicide.
There is no racism in this video.
Officer Rolfe should be acquitted.
If you think that it is right to execute him watch out.
Next white cops will be asking if the perp is black or not and if the perp is black they will not interfere because regardless of who is at fault the cop will get jail or the death penalty for doing his job.

My Breakdown of the video footage of the George Floyd “murder”

After this video, George Floyd was put in the left hand passenger side of the police SUV
and the younger black man who was more hefty was pulled out of the right passenger side by the officer who played Derek Chauvin (who had just arived knelled on the back his neck). The other 2 officers helped hold him down.
Note that it looks like this officer playing Derek Chauvin maced the hefty younger black man in the face in the footage
before the black man passed out and then was taken away in an ambulance driven by some men in bullet proof vests.
Every time that I think of George Floyd I keep hearing Acts 3:14 quoted in my head.
I don’t condone Police Brutality and have been deeply disturbed by it, but George Floyd, was not a good man. He has a bad record of Sin.
And the backlash of his supposed “murder” (which is questionable based on the video footage possibly being staged) shows some of his posthumous followers to be opportunist insurrectionists, robbers and murderers.

After the Resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven and sent the Holy Spirit in power upon His disciples and they boldly witnessed with signs of healing etc. following. In one such case Peter and John went up to the Temple to pray and they healed a lame man on the way in the name of Jesus. Peter then rebuked the Jews for choosing Barabbas over Jesus.

What we are seeing today is people (whose hearts are that of thieves and a murderers and and insurrectionists) standing on the side of a robber while they do not Repent of their Sins.
Judgement is coming on these people but let us continue to let Peter speak.

Repent = Turn away from your Sin and Believe in Jesus to save you from your Sins.

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.”
Our generation is in big trouble and it is high time for people to “come out” of it and be separated unto the LORD so that the destruction that is coming from God will not come on them.

STATE BAR GROUP CALLS FOR ‘MANDATORY’ COVID-19 VACCINATIONS, REGARDLESS OF OBJECTIONS

“Some Americans may push back on the COVID-19 vaccination for religious, philosophical or personal reasons,” says the report released on Thursday by the NYSBA, but, it says, “for the sake of public health, mandatory vaccinations for COVID-19 should be required in the United States as soon as it is available.”

Citing a robust collection of federal and state case law, a New York State Bar Association task-force group on Thursday said it should be mandatory for all Americans to have a COVID-19 vaccination, when one is available, including those who won’t want it for “religious, philosophical or personal reasons.”
The one and only exception, says the bar association group’s report—which calls for legislation to be enacted—should be for people who shouldn’t medically have the vaccination, as directed by their doctors.
Making a legally backed argument on pages 60-63 of a newly released report on the “unique” legal and ethical issues brought forward by the global pandemic, the Health Law Section of the bar association writes that “some Americans may push back on the COVID-19 vaccination for religious, philosophical or personal reasons,” but “for the sake of public health, mandatory vaccinations for COVID-19 should be required in the United States as soon as it is available.”
“Mandatory vaccinations are supported by the authority of the state police power when the vaccinations are necessary to protect the health of the community,” the group writes in the report, while citing the 1905 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Jacobson v. Massachusetts.
Pointing to several constitutional law-focused cases, including the Supreme Court’s 1990 decision in Cruzan v. Director, Missouri Dept. of Health, the group also says, “Constitutional challenges under the religious freedom clause under the First Amendment and under the substantive due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment have failed, when the individual interests are not strong enough to outweigh the public benefit.”
The 84-page report—covering topics ranging from the call to adopt uniform standards for allocation of personal protective equipment and ventilators when resources are scarce, to “action steps” to help fight against health-care system inequities affecting the nation’s poorest and most “vulnerable populations”—was produced by a 13-member task force appointed by the Health Law Section. On June 13, a governing body of the bar association will vote on whether, as a full organization, to adopt the task force and health group’s recommendations, including the stance on COVID-19 vaccinations.
“As the [COVID-19] crisis began to unfold,” says the report, bar association president Hank Greenberg asked the section to prepare a report on COVID-19-related legal issues. The task force, staffed by all lawyers and led by Mary Beth Quaranta Morrissey—an attorney who also holds a master’s degree in public health and a PhD in gerontological social work research, according to her LinkedIn page—met twice weekly from March 13 to April 24. The group consulted with medicine and bioethics experts “on issues of concern,” it added.
In its section on legal and ethical issues surrounding the potential controversy over which Americans should be vaccinated for COVID-19, assuming a workable vaccine is developed, the health group, citing state case law, wrote that New York’s courts “have found that religious, personal or ‘unsupported … medical literature’” are not persuasive.
The report also said that “healthcare workers and parents of unvaccinated children have unsuccessfully challenged compulsory vaccination on administrative law grounds—questioning the NYS [New York State] and NYC Department of Health’s authority in mandating flu and measles vaccinations, as well as challenging the regulations as arbitrary and capricious.”
“The courts found the policies mandating that healthcare workers be vaccinated for influenza, and children vaccinated for measles during an outbreak, were not arbitrary and capricious and the regulations were promulgated under proper authority,” says the report. It also notes that “on June 13, 2019, the religious exemption for vaccinating school-attending children was repealed.”
The report states, “The gravity of COVID-19 presents compelling justification for State legislatures and Congress to mandate a COVID-19 vaccination.”
In an “Executive Summary” section, the report notes that “over 22,000 New Yorkers have lost their lives to date, based upon New York State Department of Health data, … reported through the period ending May 13, 2020.”
It adds that “in addressing the legal and ethical issues confronted by the health system, we must not forget the human face of COVID-19, the persons, families and communities affected by the pandemic, and the unspeakable assaults on the fabric of human life—loved ones dying alone in sterile hospital rooms, unemployment and food insecurity, the loss of sociality, and depths of bereavement and despair unknown in generations, at least in the western world.”
The report is dedicated, it says, to “New York’s health care workers and workers in service jobs on the front lines of the pandemic.”Updated May 29, 2020, 2:30 PM

I am for Trump telling the governors to stand down when they try to interfere with the free exercise of religion but I am very concerned about the idea of the churches being referred to as a “business”.
My concern here is that Trump is supporting church businesses while they are still shutting down assembly outside of church buildings. I can’t be the only one who can see how subtle this is? Think about churches in Communist Churches.

I am very concerned about the church of QAnon and many of its Preterist, Zionist and Dominionist views but this article is very bias. It is calling a lot of things like Pizza Gate and the whole issue of the Mandatory Vaccine push by Bill Gates as “Conspiracy Theories”. The issue is not whether or not those who Qanons are exposing are evil but rather whether Q is in fact counter intelligence trying to control those who are exposing evil and turning them to promote the rise of the AntiChrist who will overthrow the Deep State and institute his own New World Order.

The recent stance by President Trump to not wear a face mask in the wake of COVID-19 has made a very strong statement to the American people.
The argument for the facemask by promoters of the vaccine is the same as the argument for the vaccine, which makes people who do not want to be vaccinated very afraid of wearing a facemask especially when medical experts come out against wearing N95 masks saying that they could raise the potential risk of getting other Coronavirus’s.
People are afraid to wear the facemask because it honestly makes them feel inside that they are saying yes to the vaccine. It may sound silly but if you could actually sit down and talk to them calmly this is what they are afraid of. You know the old saying, “Give them an inch and they take a mile” ? That is what the founding fathers of our country taught us anyway, based on the teachings of John Calvin and John Knox …
People who grew up loving their country and not being able to bear the evil that goes on behind the scenes are at the tipping point, while those who trust their government no matter what seam to be ready to embrace whatever the Globalists offer.
I am here to speak to those who are wavering on the fence. Don’t fall to one side or the other. Jesus himself trusted himself to no man but he served.
Judge not those who are doing what is right according to their own conscience. You think about those around you and do what is best for them. Protect the innocent. But if you are already around people who could get sick or die or even people who are deathly afraid of getting sick, be sensitive to them. You are your brother’s keeper.

In 2016 a powerful confab of globalists converged at the UN headquarters in New York, New York to launch a global initiative called ID2020. The vision of ID2020 is ostensibly to advocate “for ethical, privacy-protecting approaches to digital ID”(1) and to provide IDs for “over 1 billion people worldwide (who) do not have access to any form of identification.”(2)
The Rockefeller Foundation provided the seed money for the ambitious ID project and continues to be an ongoing supporter of ID2020’s work.(3) The project’s other founding members include Gavi The Vaccine Alliance, Microsoft, Accenture and IDEO.org.(4) The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave $750 million to set up the aforementioned Gavi in 1999 and “the (Gates) Foundation is a key Gavi partner in vaccine market shaping.”(5) Thus between Microsoft and The Gates Foundation ID2020 has been operating under the guiding hand of Bill Gates from the onset.
ID2020 seeks “to leverage immunization as an opportunity to establish digital identity”(6) and to “provide a unique digital identity to everyone on the planet.”(7) Of course all this will be done, we are told, with the utmost respect for personal privacy, security and choice.(8) After all, “Participation in the modern economy, the ability to buy and sell, attain employment, healthcare, social services and more are virtually impossible without a digital identity.”(9)(emphasis added)
So basically Bill Gates has adopted as his personal mission the task of enrolling every single person on the planet in a global ID database. And vaccines are the vehicle through which this will be accomplished.
Last week Robert F. Kenned, Jr. penned a scathing article exposing Bill Gates for what he really is,

On March 19, 2020 Bill Gates took to Reddit to propose a digital certificate to identify those who have received the Covid19 vaccination.(14) Vaccination recipients, according to Gates, can be given a “quantum dot tattoo”(15), which is “a bit of dye that is invisible to the naked eye” but that can be seen with infrared light.(16) The tattoo would store a digital file that could be read with a scanner or a smartphone.(17) This quantum dot tattoo was developed at MIT and funded by…guess who?(18)
It doesn’t take too much imagination to see the convergence of a mandatory vaccination and a mandatory global digital ID here(19) – a present from the Globalists that would eventually be required to buy and sell in the Brave New post Covid19 World.(19)
On March 26, 2020 Microsoft filed Patent WO/2020/060606 (note that last number) which uses ‘body activity’ to authorize and verify cryptocurrency transactions.(20) Examples of body activity include “brain wave, pulse rate or body heat radiation”.(21)
Cryptocurrency is block-chain oriented and could very well serve as the currency in the coming global cashless society.
It’s interesting that the name of the initiative in view is ID2020. Not ID2019, ID2021 or ID2025. It is also curious that Dr. Anthony Fauci of The White House’s Coronavirus Task Force said in 2017, almost prophetically, “There is no question that there will be a challenge to the coming administration in the arena of infectious diseases.”(22)
It’s almost as if this was all planned some time ago.
Fauci “serves as a member of the Leadership Council for the Global Vaccine Action Plan developed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Health Organization, UNICEP and Fauci’s own NIAID — the plan that calls for a ‘Decade of Vaccines’ to spread far and wide, all around the globe.”(23) Bill Gates “has a multi-million dollar relationship with Dr. Fauci.”(24) Suffice it to say the connections between Gates and Fauci are extensive (see here).
